Ingredients
- 5 big potatoes
- 300 gr of strained yoghurt
- 2 spoonfuls soy sauce
- 1 teasp. mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- a pinch of oregano
Process
Cut the potatoes in half and place them in a tray in a pre-heated oven at 2oo c
Bake them for 35-40 mins.
While the potatoes are getting baked, mix in a deep bowl all the rest ingredients listed above.
Place the mix-sauce on the baked potatoes and you are ready!!
